1. Who We Are & What This Is
Triply ("we", "us", "Triply") operates the AI travel planning service at triply.now. Triply is run from the Netherlands. By using the site, the chat, or any itinerary it generates, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
As explained in our Privacy Policy, Triply is currently an early-stage, pre-incorporation project — no formal company or legal entity has been registered yet. We're stating this plainly rather than implying a corporate structure that doesn't exist yet.
2. What Triply Does
Triply uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude models) to generate personalised trip itineraries, destination recommendations and travel tips based on what you tell it — your destination, dates, budget, travel style and preferences. It also pulls in flight data from Amadeus and hotel/booking options from our affiliate partners.
Triply is a planning tool, not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking service. We don't sell flights, hotels, tours or insurance ourselves — we help you plan, and point you to the third parties who can book those things for you.
3. AI-Generated Content — Please Verify Before You Travel
Triply's itineraries, prices, opening hours, visa guidance and other recommendations are generated by AI and may be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. AI models can make mistakes — including about things that matter a lot, like whether you need a visa, what documents you need to enter a country, opening hours, prices, or whether an attraction is currently open at all.
Before you travel, you are responsible for independently verifying anything critical with an official source — the relevant embassy or consulate, the official tourism board, the airline, or the venue itself. This is especially important for passport, visa and entry-requirement information, which can change with little notice and depends on your specific nationality and circumstances.
4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Bookings
Triply is free to use because we earn a small commission when you book through certain links on the site. Triply may present recommendations and links to third-party services — including but not limited to accommodation, tours, activities and experiences — through affiliate partners such as Stay22, GetYourGuide and Viator, among others.
When you click through and make a purchase or booking via one of these links, that transaction is carried out entirely by the third-party provider, not by Triply. Specifically:
- Triply does not process your payment for any such booking, and has no access to your payment card details or payment data;
- Triply is not a party to the contract or transaction between you and the third-party provider;
- Triply is therefore not liable for any issue arising from that purchase or booking, including but not limited to service quality, cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, or availability;
- Any question, complaint, or dispute about a booking or purchase must be directed to the third-party service provider directly, under their own terms and policies.
Using an affiliate link never costs you more than booking directly — the commission is paid by the partner, not by you.
5. Accounts & Acceptable Use
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to abuse the AI chat to generate harmful content, scraping the site at scale, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that misuse the service.
6. Premium Subscription
Triply Premium is a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown on the site at the time of purchase. Stripe handles all payment processing under its own terms — Triply never sees or stores your full card details.
7. Service Provided "As Is"
Triply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any itinerary, price or recommendation will be accurate or available by the time you act on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triply and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost bookings, travel disruption, missed flights, denied entry, or financial loss — whether arising from AI-generated inaccuracies, third-party bookings made through affiliate links, or any other use of the site.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the product changes. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Triply after a change means you accept the updated terms.
