Day 1: Ubud Cultural Immersion

Morning: Tegalalang Rice Terraces & Swing

Start early at the iconic Tegalalang Rice Terraces, UNESCO-recognised for their ancient subak irrigation system. The emerald-green cascading paddies are Bali's most photographed landscape. Try the famous Bali Swing for thrilling jungle views.

Afternoon: Sacred Monkey Forest & Ubud Palace

Visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary — home to hundreds of long-tailed macaques among ancient temples. Then explore Ubud's cultural centre: the Royal Palace and traditional art markets selling batik, wood carvings, and jewellery.

Evening: Traditional Balinese Dinner & Dance

Experience authentic Balinese cuisine — try babi guling (roast pork) or bebek betutu (slow-cooked duck). Watch a mesmerising Kecak fire dance performance at Uluwatu Temple or Ubud Palace.

Day 2: Temples & Waterfalls

Tegenungan Waterfall — one of Bali's most beautiful jungle cascades

Morning: Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple

Experience Bali's spiritual side at Tirta Empul, where Balinese Hindus perform purification rituals in sacred spring water pools. Dress respectfully (sarong and sash required — available for rent). The ceremony is deeply moving.

Afternoon: Tegenungan Waterfall

Cool off at Tegenungan Waterfall, one of Bali's most accessible and beautiful cascades. Swim in the natural pool, take photos from the viewpoints, or simply relax in the jungle setting.

Evening: Seminyak Beach Sunset

Head to Seminyak's beach clubs for world-famous Bali sunsets. Watch the sun sink into the Indian Ocean from a beanbag at Potato Head or La Plancha. Stay for fresh seafood dinner on the beach.

Day 3: Beaches & Uluwatu

Uluwatu Temple — perched 70 metres above the crashing Indian Ocean

Morning: Nusa Dua or Sanur Beach

Relax at pristine Nusa Dua (calm, luxury resorts) or charming Sanur (local vibe, calmer than Seminyak). Try paddleboarding, snorkelling, or simply unwind on white sand beaches.

Afternoon: Uluwatu Temple

Visit Uluwatu Temple, perched dramatically on 70-metre cliffs above the crashing ocean. Time your visit for late afternoon to see the temple in golden light. Watch for the resident monkeys!

Evening: Jimbaran Bay Seafood

End your Bali adventure at Jimbaran Bay's legendary beachfront seafood restaurants. Choose fresh fish and lobster grilled over coconut husks. Dine with your toes in the sand as waves lap nearby — pure paradise.
